Maria Malmgren works with people, teams and organizations to help create deep, values-aligned, sustained change. She is a certified life, professional and team coach, and a PCC with the International Coaching Federation, and has over 13 years of coaching experience. Maria has worked in a variety of contexts (hospitality, banking, accounting, local government, administration, an Indigenous-led organization and professional services), with for-profit and for-benefit organizations. Maria's career has focused on individual and organizational development, culture change management, people services (recruitment, performance management and coaching) and organizational administration, project and event coordination. She has experience and familiarity with working at all levels of an organization from front line staff, manager, director, to board member (operational and governance) and consultant.

Maria is based on the west coast of Canada, in Vancouver and Gabriola Island, British Columbia.
