Gabriela Nitu is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience in the corporate world. She is a happy person, an incurable optimist, a firm believer in the principles of positive psychology and the power of words and language in creating realities. She has worked with leaders from small businesses and large corporations alike, and led diverse teams across two continents in Sales, Service and Operations. Gabriela is a youth and women empowerment enthusiast, volunteering her time to mentor young professionals in the finance industry and coaching women and youth in financial literacy. Gabriela’s diverse background, international experience and natural curiosity for human behaviour has allowed her to accompany her teams and clients on their journeys to success.  She brings her agility, flexibility and capacity to shift perspective to her coaching practice, helping executives, professionals, business owners and middle to senior level management employees reach their full potential.

Gabriela has spent more than 20 years in the finance industry and for the last 10 years she has specialized in advising business and commercial clients on the best strategies to achieve sustainable financial health. At the same time, she has coached executives and entrepreneurs around decision making, adapting quickly to change, and team building and communication skills among others.
