Anne-Marie partners with her clients to set goals that are aligned with their values, and then goes on the journey with them to become the leaders that will achieve the goals. As coach Anne-Marie challenges her clients to look at their challenges like you would a Rubix cube. She helps them take the Rubix cube in their hands and then look at it from all different sides. She holds the space for them explore belief systems, past experiences, fears, wins, new ideas and how to step out of their comfort zone and explore new possibilities.
She is companionate, curious and can form a trust relationship with her clients that facilitates the learning process. She has the ability to see patterns (clarity of distance) and her intuition serves her well as coach. She believe that people have their own answers and that self-directed learning followed by action creates transformation.
